Cashback Offer Terms and Conditions – “CLEARING25”

1. Offer Period
   This cashback offer is valid for bookings made between 14th August and 5th September (inclusive). Bookings made outside of this period are not eligible.
2. Contract Length Requirement
   The offer is only available to tenants who book a 51-week contract. Shorter contract lengths are not eligible for this promotion.
3. Exclusive Offer
   This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts, or offers.
4. Direct Bookings Only
   The cashback is only available for bookings made directly with OR Students. Bookings made via third-party agents or platforms are not eligible.
5. Offer Redemption
   The promotional code “CLEARING25” must be quoted at the time of booking. If the code is not quoted at the time of booking, the cashback offer will not be applied and cannot be added retrospectively.
6. Cashback Application
   • The cashback will be applied as a rent credit against the final rent instalment of the tenancy.
   • The rent credit will only be applied if the tenant’s rent account is fully up to date at the time the final instalment is due.
   • Cashback amounts are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be withdrawn as cash.
7. Maximum Cashback Amounts (by property)
   The maximum cashback (rent credit) available for each property under this offer is:
   • Hops House – £250
   • Button Factory – £500
   • College Mews – £500
   • The Oval – £100
   • Step House – £100
   • Verney Street – £500
8. Tenancy Takeovers
   If a tenant who has qualified for this offer completes a tenancy takeover (i.e., transfers their tenancy to another individual), they will no longer be eligible for the cashback, and no portion of the cashback amount will be returned to them.
9. Right to Withdraw
   OR Students reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time and without prior notice.

 

Cashback Offer Terms and Conditions – “RAF25”

1. Offer Period
   This cashback offer is valid for bookings made between 14th August and 5th September (inclusive). Bookings made outside of this period are not eligible.
2. Contract Length Requirement
   The offer is only available to tenants who book a contract of at least 44 weeks. Shorter contract lengths are not eligible for this promotion.
3. Exclusive Offer
   This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts, or offers.
4. Direct Bookings Only
   The cashback is only available for bookings made directly with OR Students. Bookings made via third-party agents or platforms are not eligible.
5. Offer Redemption
   The promotional code “RAF25” must be quoted at the time of booking as well as the name of your referrer. If the code is not quoted at the time of booking, the cashback offer will not be applied and cannot be added retrospectively.
6. Cashback Application
   • The cashback will be applied as a rent credit in the 3^rd term of the tenancy of both the referrer and the referee.
   • The rent credit will only be applied if both tenants’ rent accounts are fully up to date at the end of the 2^nd term of the tenancies
   • Cashback amounts are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be withdrawn as cash.
7. Cashback Amounts
   The referee will be entitled to a cash back of £250 and the referrer will be entitled to a cashback of £100. There is no maximum cashback available for the referrer under this offer. Referees may only be referred by one referrer.
8. Tenancy Takeovers
   If a tenant who has qualified for this offer completes a tenancy takeover (i.e., transfers their tenancy to another individual), they will no longer be eligible for the cashback, and no portion of the cashback amount will be returned to them.
