- Offer Period
This cashback offer is valid for bookings made between 14th August and 5th September (inclusive). Bookings made outside of this period are not eligible.
- Contract Length Requirement
The offer is only available to tenants who book a 51-week contract. Shorter contract lengths are not eligible for this promotion.
- Exclusive Offer
This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts, or offers.
- Direct Bookings Only
The cashback is only available for bookings made directly with OR Students. Bookings made via third-party agents or platforms are not eligible.
- Offer Redemption
The promotional code “CLEARING25” must be quoted at the time of booking. If the code is not quoted at the time of booking, the cashback offer will not be applied and cannot be added retrospectively.
- Cashback Application
- The cashback will be applied as a rent credit against the final rent instalment of the tenancy.
- The rent credit will only be applied if the tenant’s rent account is fully up to date at the time the final instalment is due.
- Cashback amounts are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be withdrawn as cash.

- Tenancy Takeovers
If a tenant who has qualified for this offer completes a tenancy takeover (i.e., transfers their tenancy to another individual), they will no longer be eligible for the cashback, and no portion of the cashback amount will be returned to them.
