This Offer is only applicable to You as the New Booker and is non-transferable.
The Offer is subject to availability and can be withdrawn at any time without notice.
It is the tenant’s responsibility to ensure the correct payment information is provided to OR in order for OR to complete the promotion, offer or other incentive and OR has no liability for non-payment or non-delivery of any incentive, promotion and/or offer due to incorrect details being provided by the tenant. Any such payments sent to the incorrect bank account will not be recoverable and/or will be subject to a recovery fee.
OR will use reasonable endeavours to reach the tenant to request information to allow it to make payment, fulfil the promotion or offer, or apply the discount. If such information is not received, OR reserves the right to issue an alternative, or withdraw the incentive, promotion and/or offer at its absolute discretion.
Customers will only qualify for the £200 cashback once their 2026/27 booking status has been moved to complete, the tenancy agreement has started and the 2nd rental instalment has been paid.
If the customer does not check in to the property at the start of their 2026/27 tenancy period they will forfeit entitlement to the cashback.
OR accepts no responsibility for bookings not successfully completed during the Entry Period due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.

These terms and conditions are governed by English law.
